"The fact that the receptionist, Lori called me back exactly when she said she would upon first impression is amazing. Today I was trying to set up an appointment with a psychiatrist in Beaumont... I got many voicemails, hung up on, put on hold forever, and told I couldn't be seen for over a month. This office actually took the time to take my information and call me back later in the day when they were available to have time to speak with me about everything going on. She was attentive and asked about my history, and everything on the phone and made me feel like she actually cared. I haven't even seen the doctor yet and I feel comfortable at this office. Thank you..."

"I see quite a few people whining in the review section.. I've dealt with doctors as long as I can remember and Dr Kiulkarni holds my respect and I'm incredibly thankful I found them. After my previous doctor randomly passed away it took ages(1-2 years of suffering) to find another Psychiatrist I could afford without insurance and was accepting new patients and also actually listened to you and actually seemed to understand. In that 2 years I probably det with 20 doctors between prand and Houston and it was an awful experience trying yo become a patient somewhere i felt human. Plus they actually answer the phone. It could take a week or longer to hear back from the previous 3 doctors I used. I always thought it was crazy for psychiatrists offices of all places to be impossible to get ahold of when you need them but but its basically an industry norm these days however I've not had that issue at all with these good people. Thanks yall for all that you do."

"I love being greeted when I walk in with a smile from the receptionist and her take the time to ask how I am or how the holidays were. She has conversations like you have know each other friend.. I meet Dr Kulkarni physically last I was doing it on the phone before. I really appreciate that it actually listens to me and acknowledges my issues and treats me with respect unlike my doctors in the past... so far I'm very happy with seeing him and I how he actually listens and really does the best to help..."

"My husband was a patient. He liked the dr, but the receptionist that answers the phone is unprofessional, rude, and does not need to be in a position where she interacts with patients, especially ones that have psychiatric diagnoses. He did not cancel, no-show or miss any appointments. If the receptionist actually knew what she was doing the appointments would be scheduled correctly and no confusion. She immediately becomes defensive, rude, and over talks you. She says the phone calls are recorded. If they were then the Dr needs to listen to them because he is loosing patients because of her. There's no office manager and probably not even a nurse in the office. It's a shame Dr. Kulkarni is loosing patients who have great insurance and truly have a need that he can help with."
