"Absolutely awful place! We have been going there for several months and every single visit gets worse every time. My son had an appointment yesterday scheduled for 4:30 PM. They told me to get there at 4:15 which I did. We sat in the lobby waiting until 5:30 PM. They lost his chart and nobody came and told me what was going on. They emptied the entire waiting room and were cleaning it while my son and I sat waiting. At this point we had been there for an hour and 15 minutes and it was an hour past his appointment time. They finally got us in a room around 5:30 and we waited another 20 minutes and nobody came to talk to us so we walked out and we are not going back. Do not take your children here."

"On November 29, 2023, I had to contact MD KIDS. I was actually shocked when I actually got a live person on the line! Just recently I had an experience with a newbie, Jackie, that made me want to leave this practice altogether, so this was a very good thing! The person I spoke with was Ms. Christina and she was just a breath of fresh air- EXTREMELY HELPFUL, PATIENT, FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: CARING AND CONCERNED OF THE NEEDS OF THE PATIENT. Having been with this clinic for over 11 years, THIS is the kind of service I am accustomed to receiving from the people working the office operations, but I hadn't been seeing it for a long while. Great job to you, Ms. Christina! Your professionalism, care and knowledge is what this practice is IN DIRE NEED OF, instead of office people who care less about the patient and more about their titles! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR EXPERTISE, AS WELL AS DR. Stephen Ansel (yes, I KNOW he is a nurse practitioner... but they ARE ALL "practicing", yes, no?). Thank you VERY VERY much. Hopefully, for the sake of patients, other employees there are follow your example! Again, great job! "Fast appointments made but it’s extremely hot in their building! Like unbearable hot! Imagine waiting in the heat for 2 hours. Once they asked me to reschedule because the Dr hadn’t had lunch after waiting for 30min."

"Always had a positive experience, great staff, great providers. Haven’t been there in over two years since moving out of state, but today I had to call them up because I needed my little one’s vaccination record who is about to start kindergarten next week. So here I am on a Friday afternoon, asking for paperwork from literally years ago, preparing myself for a battle over HIPAA and fax machines and whatever else, and this wonderful lady Samantha walks me through installing an app, navigating through a bunch of confusing provider info I need to enter, and boom, the paperwork we’ve been frantically trying to locate is right there on my phone screen. Thanks y’all, if I ever move back to Tx, you will be my first choice ❤️"
