The Outpatient Diagnostic Center (The ODC) is a leading health institution located at 3405 College Street in Beaumont, Texas, United States. Founded by Dr. Brent Mainwaring, a highly experienced radiologist with over 30 years of expertise, The ODC opened its doors to patients in December 2011. Situated at the intersection of College and Eighth Street, the imaging center stands on land once owned by Dr. Edgar Sarrafian, a respected OB/GYN in Beaumont.
Recognized for our commitment to patient satisfaction, The ODC and its dedicated staff received the prestigious Press Ganey patient satisfaction "Award of Excellence" in 2017, ranking higher than 95% of imaging centers nationwide for 12 consecutive months.
Dr. Mainwaring, a board-certified radiologist and a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology since 1989, obtained his medical education and training from renowned institutions such as the Medical University of South Carolina and the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to establishing The ODC, he provided exceptional radiology services at various healthcare facilities in Beaumont and Austin.
With a track record of accolades, including multiple National HealthSouth Radiologist of the Year awards and local recognition as the "Reader's Choice Best Radiologist of the Year," Dr. Mainwaring continues to lead The ODC in delivering top-quality diagnostic imaging services to the community.

"I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR 10+ years. The experience I had today was awful. New people working that have no clue how to use secondary insurance. Front desk needs some qualified personnel! I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TWICE WHILE SETTING THE APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY WITH 2 PEOPLE. (CINDY & JUDY) Still didn’t matter. Asked to see a practice manager and was told they’ll call you. WHAT A JOKE!
