"I really don’t like giving negative reviews but at this time I will have to. I am a recent customer to this financial institution. All I am trying to do is make my auto loan payments. I was told that all I had to do is download the app on my phone or go online and I could make my payments. THERE IS NOWHERE on my app to make these payments. I have called several times to get help! All I get is the rudest people at this call center, that are no help at all! I mean how difficult can it be! Is there not a place that says click here to make your payment!! And you put in your info and click make payment!! For the last 2 months I have had to call the automated system to make a payment with a charge of $15.00!!!!! Yes for an automated payment!! Not even talking to a person! I can’t get to a local person at all!! These call center people are horrible!! I guess I will have to miss work time to travel to a branch to get help! I would love to edit this negative review with a positive one if someone would contact me back!!!"

"I've had multiple loans through this beach. The service was good considering the last 2 I didn't even go to the branch. Every thing was e sign. Service wasn't super fast as some want. But I know I'm not the only customer so its ok. If I wasn't able to reach someone I'd leave a message and within the day someone called back."

"They’re rude. They don’t want to help anyone but they want your money. When I go into the branch, they act like they’re too busy to help you. I moved from Pensacola,Fl and opened my account with them to connect with the credit union there until I could get my finances straight after moving and that was about all they are good for. Since they’re the only branch in Houma. If their ATM breaks, you’re screwed into paying ATM fees when you to go to another ATM."

"I regret that I ever refinanced my mortgage here. You can't ever get I touch with anyone, there is nobody locally that handles mortgages, and they have screwed up my homeowners insurance changeover on more than one occasion. Be prepared to do ALL the work yourself. Local branch recently shut down Saturday drive up hours, so now I have to take off of work to make a mortgage payment since they're only open until 5. I have never heard of a bank that makes it even more difficult for you to give them your money, but here it is. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
