"The bank itself is wonderful and the loan process is easy. I really appreciate the 100% financing on lot loans. However, I suggest you DO NOT deal with loan officer Matt G. at the W Tunnel Blvd. location. He does not return phone calls or emails and he does not follow up or keep you updated. We set up an auto payment for our loan coming from an external bank, emailed him the form, and called him the next day to verify that he received it. He said he received it and that it is set up. Well, a month later, payment was never processed. This time, I called and spoke to someone else and was told that the auto payment was never set up! He also failed to let the realtor know when the loan closing was! Good thing we called the realtor the day before the loan closing to let him know to be there because he had no idea!"
