"This will be a lot of words but basically, I have a dog with high anxiety and without the amazing vet techs and doctors at Vetco i don’t know how i would be able to continue managing the stressful vet visits. Pezzy has been seeing dr. Molly since he was about 2 months old and now approaching 3 years. When the switch over to Vetco happened Pezzy was going into adulthood and had a big personality change along with major lifestyle changes. All of this created high anxiety. Pezzy to this day struggles with the over stimulating smells, scary glass wall, big dog faces on advertising at the entrance, dogs in the lobby and strangers just walking up to him without asking and startling him. Trust me I’m not blaming a vet for have vet things happening, it’s just simple facts for Pezzy and i that make visits to the vet intimidating. Honestly, i had an emotional breakdown because it’s all overwhelming and I’m very aware that my stress is bleeding into his reactions to the vet. I went to the vets office on what seemed to be one of the busiest moments (maybe I’m dramatic) to talk to a vet tech and immediately started crying. The amazing lady at the front desk was so kind went talk to vet tech, got me in a room so i didn’t have to awkwardly cry in front of a lobby full of people and allowed me to patiently wait to talk to the vet tech. THANK GOD, it just so happen to be someone (shout out to Tatum) who was there the day before and seen every over stimulating moment that happened outside of the patient room from the moment we first tried to walk through the scary glass wall protected by oversized dogs (advertisements) until we left. She helped answer my questions, reassured me that i would not have to find a new vet because honestly i was just terrified that it could possibly be something i may just have to accept as a possible outcome. We came up with a game plan to aid Pezzy from the moment we get in the parking lot to the time we walk out. We will work on making it more fun and not all about the needles. Mind you this lil stanky butt ALWAYS leaves the vets offices tail up and wagging, happy as can be, as if he’s a completely different dog. I can’t go without saying Dana is an absolute delight and put a magic spell on my guy because he adores her, always has and I’m so thankful for the trust he has in her, the love she so willingly give all my babies and the kindness she puts into the world! I also appreciate how patient Adrian was with Pezzy and the love she showed him and trust in what I was telling her about his, what seems to be split personality at his most recent vet visit. All the above mention people - Dr Molly, Dr. Liz, Dana, Adrian, Tatum, Zoey and really all of them are absolutely amazing. I have 3 dogs - Pezzy Pearl and Trixie - and i can say with all my heart, I’m truly thankful for this team of amazing animal loving, non-judgmental people. 2 of my dogs are completely normal, chill, happy and patient at the vet but Pezzy has always made sure he leaves a lasting impression."
"Dr. Molly and the whole staff are so caring. She has helped my little senior baby again. This will be my forever Veterinary Clinic. I definitely recommend."
"All of my cats and dogs have seen both Dr. Liz and Dr. Molly over the years. Even my chicken :) My babies are like family and these ladies have taken such good care of them. Grateful for their knowledge and willingness to follow up and answer questions. Even take care of them during emergencies. Location is so convenient and we always feel like a priory."
