"My company has been working with Frilot for 2 1/2 years and with Jessica Roberts since last July. I reached out 2 months ago for advice and have followed up around 8 times with 1 update last month. At that time, Jessica indicated she needed some personal time, which caused some delays, but neither her nor her assistant have responded to voicemails or emails. I followed up on the main line and receptionist Claudia, while a live person, was less than sympathetic. After I explained that neither Jessica nor Karen are responding to my requests and that this had been ongoing since October, she offered to give me Jessica's email address and suggested I might not have heard back due to it being a holiday.  I don't think she was paying any attention and she seemed annoyed with me.  She indicated attorneys don't have supervisors and said she didn't know how else to help me before transferring me to an office manager.
