"I don’t get the five stars. Called for a quote directed to a web site. Explained I would like to get a quote over the phone since my old insurance is expiring (is this no longer done)? Called back the next day and told how busy they are and it would take weeks to get a quote. Getting a quote online sounds efficient, but what am I paying them for?"
