"This company does not answer there phone. They also do not return messages left. Got quote directly from Progressive for auto insurance. Perfect record. Had to cancel a bank debit card due to bad charge. While waiting for new debit card. Went in there location on Bienville St. in New Orleans. The price was more than double. People have no idea how much this company is making."

"I went in and was able to register and title my car in about 45 minutes. The office was packed but moved swiftly. They charge the maximum allowed amount in fees by law, so expect to pay around 60 dollars more than the dmv. The people were still nice regardless. I just wish they got designated lunch breaks :/"
