"Beautiful building, tragic history. Although you can’t go inside, it’s a great stop when walking through the French Quarter."
"The LaLaurie Mansion is one of the most popular spot for ghosts tours in the French Quarter. Groups gather every evening and are told every sort of account of things that were to have happened here. The true is probably a lot less interesting than the tales. The building is privately owned so access to the inside is not possible. It is still a lovely old building from the outside."
"When I arrived during the day it felt like any other house in New Orleans I looked at all the windows and probably spent 20 minutes looking at the house. I took a few pictures then carried on with my day. After coming home and reviewing my photos I notice a face peeking out of the corner, I got the chills because I 100% did not see anyone there. It was by the upper part of the house near the attic."
