"At first this company seems like a great place to work, with lots of potential to grow. Once inside it is obvious that it lacks the safety mindset and quality craftsmanship that employees and clients deserve. This is the first company that has told me, in person, that safety is not their number one priority. Not for their employees, not for sub-contractors and not for clients. They do the minimum to complete a project and because of the way that projects are managed, they miss out on increased profitability. Once you work there you really get a sense of the internal issues between the owners, upper management and employees. Again, this is truly sad to see because they do have a lot of potential, just nobody to manage it."
