"This is the worst Dr I even took my child to. First off, our appts got cancelled last min 3 times on our way to the appt in which my child had to get excuses for missing school, driving 45 mins to the office. Secondly, my child has ADHD and he has trouble sleeping. My child had already been prescribed meds at a certain dosage for him that was working for him already before we started coming here. We are new to the area, by the way. He takes it upon himself to automatically change the dosage because he doesn’t give out that amount of dosage. We had gotten this dosage from 2 other doctors from 2 different states in which one is a very good Dr and highly recommended for children like mine who does her job fantastically. Wish we could go back to her. I told him that if he lowered his dosage, he would not be able to sleep properly and would not be attentive in school. He basically told me, “if you don’t like it, find another dr”. Like, are you for real?! The dr’s where I use to live was never rude and unprofessional like this guy. He didn’t even try to recommend something else to help my child. I had already planned to do so before he voiced his disgusting attitude towards my concerns for my child. My son deserves a dr who will listen, and REALLY help him with his issues. Not tell me, “if you don’t like it, find somewhere else to go”. I have friends who are nurses and work in pediatrics and they even agreed it was very unprofessional for him to say that. I’m angry. I’m disgusted. And I will be so happy when I can find another dr. Dr Colbert is the worst Dr I ever had been recommended to. I would never advise anyone to take their child there who really needs professional help. Find a dr who cares about the children. Not the money."

"These are just a few of the many many problems we have dealt with over the past year. We have had 3 kids here due to an unfortunate necessity Arrived today to talk directly with the staff/doctor on a day that the office is open. Spent 15 minutes knocking + 9 phone calls and no answer. Finally told by nurses from another doctors office on the same floor. - “I don’t think anyone is there today. Sorry, that happens a lot.” No email address. No fax number. 7 different documented blatant lies. 2 weeks trying to get our 4 moth old seen for his sickness … finally being told “we don’t see sick patients in the office” (?) A staff that has 0 interest in anything but working a plush schedule and literally takes 2 - 3 days minimum to return calls. If they get returned at all. If you are assertive and follow up regularly. They become visibly and verbally frustrated with you and stone wall you even more. The good reviews on here appear to be that of a good experience at a clothing store. Clearly nothing complex being handled at this office. Trying to get your kids medical records is like trying to find a cure for cancer. Not happening quick."
