Dr. Michael J. Marzullo, MD 37 Calvert Drive, Alexandria, LA 71303

"Dr. Marzullo and Kathy are awesome, very knowledgable and friendly. I've had to see Dr. Rhodes once when Dr. Marzullo was on vacation. I liked him even better. Most of the staff is friendly, convenient location. The only complaint I have is a big one, the billing department. I apparently owed a balance there. I found that odd because I'm in there probably about once a month and I always ask what I owe before I leave. It's usually about $30. I never received a bill from Rhodes Pediatric. But then I receive a letter from an attorney's office saying I owe $308, not a big deal I was prepared to pay it that day. However, I wanted to know why I never received a bill. I called the billing department and Brooke, who answered the phone, was beyond rude. She answered the phone and was very dissmissive, unapologetic, and RUDE! She basically called me a Liar. When I initially called I was mildly annoyed, by the time I got off the phone I was Livid. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. The only reason I rated them as I high is because the rest of the staff does not need to be lumped in with this poor excuse for a professional in the billing department. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I hope they learn from this and take better precautions to ensure their customers know they have a balance before they send things to an attorney. It should be noted that this bill does not affect me at all as my son's father handles his medical bills and we are not together. But I do beleive they are wrong for tarnishing people's credit and name without even letting them know they have a bill."
