The way they treat their customers is absolutely disgusting. Unless you have big money, they couldn't care less. Stay very far away from the whole place but whatever you do, please don't ever use Coburn as your agent or Steve as your manager. Won't be doing business with them anymore, and neither will my family."

"The customer service at the coliseum Blvd branch is totally unacceptable. They are rude and the customers are not important to them. The little Coburn guy is cocky and arrogant! The Steve guy isn’t much better. The premiums ended up being higher than they were supposed to be and they drafted the payment 10 days before the agreed upon date! Then acted like it was the customers fault! When the payment was made in office they handed over the receipt and it was for someone else’s policy! In my opinion the place should be shut down! Those people do not need jobs that require them to interact with others. Being polite is definitely not their forte! There are plenty other insurance companies that are happy to have your business and they are helpful and nice!"
