"Let me start by saying I don't normally give bad reviews. BUT this dentist.... BEWARE! I am giving this place one star- only because they ladies were super nice, and the waiting room cool for the kids. The dentist, was terrible. He came up, he was all business and nothing else. He had no bedside manner. He twisted all my daughters teeth and she was screaming out in pain. He didnt even try to console her. Talk to her to calm her down, He said there was nothing wrong with her teeth. He interrupted me when I would try to speak, like he already knew what I was going to say. He said there was nothing wrong with her teeth, but yet she is crying out in pain? She is 6 yrs old. She has cried for 2 days with a tooth ache! I asked- so there is nothing wrong with her teeth- "No, its part of life" "just gonna have to deal with it" I looked in her mouth and she has a cavity in the tooth just before the one she says hurts. Clear as day. Horrible HORRIBLE experience with that dentist. When we was making the FU appt- I advised her we probably will not be back. I told her the guy was rude, she says "everybody says that" That should tell you something. I asked if there was anything on the xrays, he cut me off and said no. So I started to ask again, did you see on the xray "i already said no" I told him he didnt even let me finish, I wanted to ask if he could see on the xray the other teeth putting pressure on them... just downright rude. Then tried talking to me like I was a child. "if it abscess then bring her back, do you know what an abscess looks like" I said yes... He said here let me show you. I then said "I told you I know" He was writing something on a paper, I asked him a question, at least 4x and he completely ignored it. "couldnt you see I was writing" Like, screw you bro"

"The staff was amazing.. my son needed some emergency services done. Taylor( and her assistant )took such good care didn’t even notice he had gotten his tooth pulled! Definitely recommend to my family and friends!!"

"I have never been more at ease than with the drs and staff working at Cenla Pediatric Dentistry. The floor manager in the back was SO kind and alleviated all of my fears. We will be coming back. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."
