"I've always had great experiences here using my regular groomer, but this time I was in a rush and took the next available with a girl named belle. NEVER AGAIN. she was so incredibly rude to me when I arrived to the point I didn't even leave my dog to be groomed, I just left. I would never leave my baby in the hands of someone so careless and condescending. Such a horrible experience. Petsmart, I hope no customer ever has to have the same experience i did and hopefully before I visit you next you will have done what is right and fired this absolute wretch of a human being."
