"I just went in with my dog. The employees had a dog loose— looked like a red golden retriever—- it tired to attack my dog. Which things happen but what I am actually upset about is they didn’t apologize. I had to hold the dogs apart and tell them multiple times to come and get their dog. Their response was “she is friendly” when she was snarling, showing teeth at my dog and lunged at him. No apology. Nothing. If I wasn’t paying attention there would have been two dogs fighting in the middle of their store. This is unprofessional and I won’t be coming back. I would rather drive across town than put my dog or myself at risk. The no apology part and lack of any remorse is what truly has me heated. And the fact they are allowing a dog that is not friendly to roam freely through out the store. Be careful going here this could lead to a very serious situation if you are not careful."

"The staff is so kind here. If you need help they will bring any of your items to your car and load them for you. If you need something ordered, I’ve had them help me easily. I just had to wait for it to come in. I go here almost monthly for the Acana Limited Ingredient food. There is a gorgeous Golden Retriever that comes around to get pets from you."
