"I’ve been to this place more than once with an Amazon return. Each time they charged for a box or tape when none was needed. I went last week with the same box and tape the package was shipped in. The guy said he has to change me $3 for a piece of tape. I took the package and left to never return. I don’t mind paying for what’s needed but this store will upsell anything. I’m sure they get paid from Amazon. Not going back CVS or any other drop off location doesn’t charge."

"I went to return a package to Amazon and they insisted that I purchase a box to return it. I had not even opened it and it was the same as when it was sent to me. They then said I should purchase shrink wrap from them to send it. I have never had this happen before. I left and went to a UPS access center in auto zone and they took it with no problem. This UPS is just trying to upsell and scam."

"The prices here are ridiculously high, for packaging materials. I had to pay $2.50 just to have them print out a UPS shipping label for me (which is a free service at some if the other UPS store locations, like in downtown New Orleans to name one example), and their bubble wrap prices are extremely high ($3.99 for 4 feet of thin bubble wrap / similar roll would be like $1.50 at the dollar store), and the box I needed was $19.99, for a box that was around 38 by 12 by 12, which was the closest size available to the 30 by 6 by 6 inches that I needed. Their long round tubes are very pricey too. Everything in this store is extremely high priced. I could not believe all the business I seen go through there, during my time packing a pool cue to ship. If it were not so important to get it out that day, I would have gone elsewhere, and saved a lot of money in packaging costs. Such a greedy, expensive place to ship at. I will remember not to return there again."

"I was there yesterday to get color copies. It was first time using that service there. Normally I would return stuff from Amazon. I needed a particular card stock, certain weight. The gentleman was so kind and patience with me. He went through a pile of paper to find that certain paper for me. When he made the copies, he took his time and make sure everything line up correctly. I really appreciated what he had done. It was nice to get excellent service without an attitude when you are requesting something. Definitely I will be back to use other services beside dropping off packages!"

"Well located in shopping mall with plenty of parking. I just got on line when one of the UPS workers asked if I had an Amazon return and offered to help. Mindful customer care is rare these days but I have always appreciated and commended it. Fred was courteous and took care of what was needed. Nice personality as well. I noticed that the others who worked behind desk had same professional way. Good going!!!"
