"Jessica and Alexia are absolutely they best!! After AT&T customer service completely screwed up our account,these ladies went above and beyond the get it straightened out. It really is rare now days to find that kind of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction that these ladies provided. It really is comforting to know after the stress of switching phone companies and to have this kind of mess up, that if we ever have any other issues we can just go right down the road and Jessica and Alexia are more than willing and definitely capable of helping us out. I know they probably feel they were just doing their job, but I hope they read this and know how truly grateful we are."

She took time and helped tell us all the possible deals and what would be best for us and our situation. She also assisted us in getting accessories for our phones and made us aware of the promotion that was going on. She did not rush our sales experience. She took time to help us and made us feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend working with her to everyone."

"0 stars..... Horrible customer service. Didn't take me long to realize I will not spend my money in this store. I walked in the door at 8:55am and the brown haired lady tells me the store is closed. I had to take a double take at her and kinda laughed. She rudely said it again then I had to ask if that was a joke. "Nope we are not open". So let's back up, The door is open, I walked in, it's 8:55. I later saw they open at 9.am. Wow. Moving on to better customer service in another town that needs to sell some phones and phone accessories."
