"A lot of bad reviews have lowered the score for this Pratt location but there's one thing about this place not mentioned. If you need a place to rest after a long day, they let you stay on their property. You can get you driving time back. That's a 5 star rating regardless of anything else."

"Parking here is terrible for semis. Wait time is terrible. Got here at 1930 and it’s 210 and still waiting to get loaded. When this place goes out of business, instead of looking around trying to see what happened look and see how your treating the consumers. More and more companies are going to back out if you can’t complete tasks on time."

"Checked in at 10:01 PM, appointment wasn’t until 8:00 AM next day, the guard lady (very nice and friendly) checked me in and directed me to the dock I was supposed to be at. Unloaded in less than 20 minutes. I swept my trailer out before leaving the docks, scaled out, and was parked for the night before 11:15 PM. Able to get a full 10 hour break in and be ahead of schedule for the next day."

"This place will eat up your clock. Arrive on time and you should have no issues. Just be on time. Typical paper recycle place. Check in and write your info down so they can call you when it’s your turn. Scale in and scale out after you are done. Usual wait to be called ranges from a minimum of 2 hours up to 3 or 4 hours. Then you get unloaded and that takes another two hours. Because there’s another line to get in to be unloaded. So in all expect to use up 4 to 5 hours at this place. I’ve always been treated nice so I don’t know why others have had bad experiences. Either way you will donate a lot of time to this place. I’ve been here multiple times. I’ve gotten out of here once in under two hours. Use the restroom as well before you come. There is a truck stop just to the north about 2 or 3 minutes or less. Below you will see my in and out times. Remember you check in and then wait to be called. Weigh in. Go get in line to get unloaded. Then weigh out, sign your receipts and you are done. So that’s why you see the large differences in check in times on the receipt. Have fun! NOT!!!"
