"If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. That is the case with Faithful Academy. All of the teachers are fantastic and try to meet the individual needs of each child, with one exception, the founder/director, Rhonda Sparks. Mrs. Sparks uses intimidation and public humiliation on students that fail to meet her expectations, even when the failure is not due to willful disobedience. She has no understanding of learning differences and responds to any issues, like lack of focus, as personal insults. I had such high hopes for this school but was very disappointed! Update: I withdrew my daughter after she had been at Faithful Academy for more than a year and enrolled her in public school because she was not learning math. She would often tell me that her teacher missed class because she was “in a meeting” and that a fellow student had tried to teach the others how to do the assigned problems. Because Faithful refused to provide her new school with needed information, testing was done and, as expected, her math scores were low. Therefore, I had outside testing done to determine what we needed to do to get her back on grade level. This testing indicated that my daughter is now a year behind in math. I truly love the idea of Faithful Academy but do not feel that improvement will be made to their program because Mrs. Spark’s response is to deny any parental concerns and to blame the child for her failure to teach."

"I am very blessed to have been a part of this school from the start. My two boys were part of Mrs. Rhonda's original class. With the expansion of the school, Rhonda has hired teachers that have a heart for children and do everything possible to make sure your child will be successful. Having one child with behavioral problems, we were able to work together to address any issues that arose. I didn't make excuses for my child, as I know this attitude would not help him become a productive, successful adult in the real world. He learned what behavior was acceptable at school and that the teachers and I were in constant communications to hold him accountable; this provided a consistent environment for him. My other son blossomed and was even moved up a grade, so he was challenged and didn't become bored with his studies. I was blessed beyond measure to be very active in the school and see children that had been cast aside or overlooked in public school come into Faithful Academy and bloom. Seeing these kids become more confident and their self-esteem rise was a joy to witness. With small classes, the teachers can genuinely get to know your child and their learning style. For anyone looking for a different learning environment with teachers that love what they do, then Faithful Academy is the place to be."

"First of all, the name of this Godly vision given to Mrs. Rhonda Daley should be "Faithful Family Academy"! This awesome family of people are not merely just staff/employees, they are TRULY family in every since of the word! Their major focus is the "whole" child. It extends beyond the classroom and academics! Faithful Academy deems the healthy mental, spiritial, emotional, social and physical development of each student to be of paramount importance! The Faithful Academy family extends their genuine compassion and concern to EVERY family who becomes a part of the Faithful family! I wholeheartedly recommend Faithful Academy to anyone and everyone who is considering or actively seeking an alternative to the methods that you are presently using to educate your child! May the manifold blessings of God continue to richly and profusely abound throughout Faithful Academy and every family that walks through the doors!!!"

"I'm so glad Faithful Academy has seemed to of worked for many students but unfortunately this school did not work for my child. Unless you fit their "mold" you will be made to feel different. We have not had any personal issues with the teachers but the owners behavior has been unacceptable time and time again. Students are encouraged to "call each other out" when their behavior is less than perfect. That's a set up for a bullying environment. My child made it 6 months and was crying to not go back. The owner, Rhonda, comes off as being understanding to each child's unique needs and behavior but seriously struggles with compassion in how to handle those situations. My child was personally mocked by Rhonda, while my child sat crying, and backed up another students "inappropriate remark" and I was told that student would not be reprimanded by her comments to my child. It's unfortunate the main issue with Faithful Academy, won't be resolved/replaced. This school environment is extremely toxic and we are so glad we left when we did."

This time together truly sets the time for the day. Our students are lead to he all they can be as we reach out to each student where they are academically, emotionally, and spiritually and help them to not only reach their goals - but to surpass them. Classes are small, tight knit communities -which not only enables teachers to work with each child, but all students are an important part of the group. Faithful Academy is a great place to teach and learn."
