"I'm thinking that this Trucking transport is right next to my church I don't know a whole lot about this place but I know that my church is buying the property and going to use it for Youth Center"
"PLEASE BE ADVISED! First.... I'm posting this review, not for myself, but for my fellow drivers who's seeking employment with this company. I've been with em for a few years and I will be leaving very soon. First: they don't have the freight. Second: you will definitely not make the 1,400 or 1,300 that they promiss on Craigslist or any other newspaper ad, it's a scam to get drivers intinterested period! They've recently went from a non force dispatch to force dispatch because drivers keep turning down local loads thats at a very low fixed rate unlike otr miles which is where you make your money. And if you do get a load that's otr, it'll probably be within 3-400 miles on a back road to Arkansas. They don't offer growth opportunities. You won't get any raises and the pay is way below the going rate in this driver shortage economy. Since I've been here I've seen the company turn over twice within a year. The terminal manager (Ken Sibley) use to drive for them and transitioned into the terminal manager with no previous experience so go figure. It's a small company but please don't let that fool you, they don't have the freight. This company is the worst decision I have ever maid in my career. The reason I stayed with em for this long was because I didn't want my application to look like I was a job hopper. To be fair it was times where I maid over a thousand in a week but this is certainly not often. 6-700 a week is what you'll make guaranteed. Maybe not the first couple of weeks as a new hire but believe me your check will drop. Health care is a joke also. Take heed to my testimony dear friends. I took my time to write this because I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. Do your research and ask the drivers if they making money. Just ask! If they say yes..... Don't believe em, ask for proof!"
