"LaPlace Chick-fil-A has some work to do. I spent 3/4 of my lunch break sitting in the drive thru line. When I finally got my order the fries were light lamp warm and the sandwich was room temperature. I have patronized Chick-fil-A’s all over the US. This was the worst experience."

"Most chic fil la locations are great. This one is consistently not. I stopped going to this one after I was given a bun on my sandwich with a footprint on it. I had to return it and let them know it was very obviously stepped on. So disgusting."

"would give zero stars if i could. i ordered my food at 11:45 and was given a receipt. i chose to dine in so i was given a table marker. after waiting 40 minutes for my food, watching others who ordered after me receive their orders, i brought my receipt to the counter where it was taken so they were aware i never got my food. i wasted 30 more minutes and still received no food, standing by the counter so i was not forgotten again. the garbage cans were also so overflowed through the restaurant that people were leaving their garbage on the tables. can’t even return to get a refund because my receipt was taken and i paid with cash."

"The last few times I’ve gotten breakfast, Latisha was at the drive thru window working with a happy attitude & a smile on her face. I really appreciate that she’s so friendly and uplifting so early in the mornings. Really pleasantly surprised at how well the quality of the workers are here even though it is in Laplace."

"Very disappointed in this location. Usually Chick-fil-A can do no wrong, but the Laplace restaurant has some serious quality control issues. My orders have consistently been wrong at each visit (I've had literally ALL 3 of the sandwiches that I ordered turn out to be completely different items), I've had items missing, and they bring the orders to the cars behind you quite frequently. The workers seem friendly, but I won't get my hopes too high in the future. Photo below to show the half empty medium fruit cup bowl I received with my breakfast this morning."
