"The employees that work here are stuck up and snobbish. They walk around on they cell phones. The so call want 2 be store managers are the employees best friend. Majority of the employees smell like weed. They are always horse planning. They wait on one customer every five to ten minutes. The C.E.O NEED 2 FIRE EVERYBODY AND START OVER. The store is never clean they are always outta hand soap in the restroom. None of the employees ware hair nets, none of the employees ware gloves, all this is a violation of state codes and food health regulations. This is horrible. They built a wall so u can't see them fix your food. So you will never know if your food is fresh, you never know if they have dropped it on the floor, you never know who's scratching they head are they body,etc. You'll never know who's back there digging in their nose etc. All these things are health issues."

"Everything was perfect, A fantastic chicken biscuit, A very polite and professional staff, And lots of parking. My only beef is when you pull in to this McDonald's. If it has just rained, there is a lot of water that you will have to drive through. And my car is low to the ground."

"The staff will bankrupt this place. We ordered a number 5 at the drive through. She asked if we wanted a meal deal. When I replied yes, she informed us that they only had water available. I ordered a quarter pounder with no onions. She repeated the order incorrectly to me. I ordered the same thing again. She repeated it wrong again. I ordered it again and again she repeated it wrong. I raised my voice substantially and ordered it again. She then informed that she would not take any other orders from me. I told her that I would like to add another quarter pounder for $1 as advertised on the sign that was in front of me. She informed that I could not because the system was not set up. After realizing that they were not going to sell me any food, I drove to the first window and nobody was there. I drove to the second window and a gentleman was sitting in the window sill with air pods in his ears. I called for him several times, but he never acknowledged me. I motion to another female employ that was eating at a dining table, but she would not acknowledge me either. Save your time and drive by this place. This event occurred on 1/3/24 at 8pm."

"This was our second McDonald's ordering from within 20 minutes. We had used 50% off deal for original order that was not filled. When we reordered at this new closest location. We were charged double the price or original mobile order. Had to wait about 15 minutes for food. Fries were cold. However, everything else was good and made as ordered."

"Please save yourself the trouble and don't go to this McDonald's. Ordered on the app and my food was never made, employees refuse acknowledge customers inside the restaurant and will happily ignore you no matter how long you try to get their attention. Honestly it's pretty sad how the GM of this restaurant is okay with the state of this restaurant. If you're reading this please go to the one on airline and avoid this one at all costs"
