"I wanted a place where my kids could just be kids before they went to "big" school, yet still learn a good deal to satisfy their natural curiosity. UMS is all of that and more. My older son recently graduated and was more than prepared for kindergarten. The teachers are loving and caring, and very experienced. The kids spend a lot of time outdoors exploring and creating, which was very important to me. And the school community is kind and tight-knit. I am a true believer in the Montessori method (and UMS!) after seeing what this amazing school does every day."
