"When online shopping, I only use Walmart and Sam's Club as the last resort. Our poor delivery guy must really be overburdened so, I just hate to add to it."

"Just dropping by, reading reviews...and there's a common theme. Well, two. Laziness and theft. Prove me wrong. How do you escalate these complaints? It seems that FedEx does not respond to these reviews, nor make a path available to find out where your package is with accountability. Maybe file a complaint with your state's attorney general?"

"Not sure if it is just my driver, but every package I have sent to me via FedEx is given to me on time & doesn’t end up all over the world like with usps/ups. I know my delivery driver rocks anyway though. I don’t know her name, but the lady that delivers to Mayo rd area deserves every bonus & raise imaginable. She’s has this area for as long as I can remember & I hope I never lose her. I almost never catch her but when I do the experience is always pleasant!"

"I cannot give any star because the service was HORRIBLE! The first deliver were 5 to 10 packages with at least 5 of them weighing over 15lbs. The driver pulled into driveway just enough to be out of street. Unloaded each box, placed them in front of his truck and drove away. The second deliver was 1 package with 3 shirts in it. The driver left this package in center of driveway. My home is down hill of the street, driveway can fit 6 cars side to side easily. I am a disabled veteran with lifting restrictions. Delivery note requests delivery to door. Smh!!!"
