"During my visit I expressed that I am bipolar and needed a Dr that can handle my needs, as I'm speaking she asked me questions so I answer all of a sudden she says if I could be quiet for a minute we can get through this appointment !! I was applaud, I've never had a Dr all me to be quiet I thought I was supposed to tell her what was going on, I let it go left they called my meds into the wrong pharmacy, I've tried 3 times to get an appointment with her since July last year, now I'm in need of a mri after 3 trips to the ER it's my back I've had 2 back surgeries the er Dr said call my primary and my nuerosurgeon also said call my primary due to my insurance it has to be ordered by my primary, called her office the answering machine came on said call during office hours Monday- Friday 8am - 4:30pm it was 1 o'clock so I waited for the answering service the lady said hold she would try to reach them she tried repeatedly she said I'm sorry I can't reach her ill leave a message for you, so what kind of Dr doesn't answer emergency calls this one doesn't I'm so through I'll be looking for a new primary asap"
