"When scheduled an appointment a week ago and was called one hour prior to our appointment to be told that we couldn't be seen today and that we could be rescheduled in a month. Then, when I called to speak with a manager, the staff was playing and laughing in the background, so unprofessional. They knew yesterday that we needed to be rescheduled but chose to wait until an hour before to call us, what type of business does this. I wouldn't bring my dog here based on the staff alone. I see why they are only 2 stars."

"Dr.Victor Wan and Kathrine Lee Adam is pure trash as doctors.All they doing is taking ppl money and not doing their job. I've went to both doctor's because of a pain I was having on my elbow. They never once sent me to do an x-ray, mri or even an ultrasound. Never looked at my hand NOTHING. They both just sent me to do therapy without they even trying find out what was going on with my hand. I went to a private dr and I needed surgery due to the fact my muscle got unstick from my bone. These ppl are the WORST!"

"This place is horrible. If you want to have medication that you have been on for 20 years not refilled or they lie to you about faxing medicine to the pharmacy for weeks and then you go and see them in person and they are rude and then say they don't want to give you are supposed to be prescribed weeks ago by the same doctor come and see malpractice at its finest. Anyone out there know a place that accepts lousiana connections or affordable good doctors? I can't deal with this incompetence anymore."

"I have had 2 appointments with a new physician at LSU Family practice in Kenner. I had some issues going on that I wanted taken care of. Most of these issues were blown off but was bullied about having routine preventive care like mammogram pap test and colonoscopy. I specifically said no. Other docs and nurse were brought in to bully me to agree. I am opposed to any cancer surgery or chemo and radiation so I don't want to find out if I have it. Needless to say I need to find a new physician"

"I've been seeing LSUHSC for maybe almost two years now, and they're really wonderful. The nurses are patient and the doctors are the most understanding I've ever dealt with regarding my mental health. They're LSU graduates but they're very competent doctors, and sometimes they'll send in new residents to screen your situation so they can learn and efficiently manage their time. They're a busy hospital and they come with expected long wait times and you often have to wait a while for an appointment, but the experience is wonderful and redeeming."
