"What kind of answering machine from a hospital center has as a voice message "hello, it's Melanie" is a Formal hospital center, not the house or the playground of that person named Melanie who is just one more employee there. The right thing to do is change that answering machine. give a medical appointment and say "that is not up to me, here we do not make appointments with Dr. Salgado, when we all know the doctors that are available there, refuse to give a medical appointment for covid and say" you can go to the pharmacy and buy medicines. You don't need to see the doctor" and more, this person is not professional to work with customer service, he lacks patience and is located in the reality of his job. They should change her. Seeing her already predisposes patients that we know is not pleasant to treat whit her."

"I went mainly to have blood work done. NO ONE has been able to draw more than a few drops. But I have been going there for a few years. The woman are polite, and friendly. They are professional. But the scary part was to come. The blood work. I told this lovely lady Madeline how hard it is to get blood. She searched one arm, saw nothing, then went to the other, she tied my arm and put the butterfly in and I saw a little blood and THAT IS WHEN IT NORMALLY STOPS!! But, she actually filled 3 vials!!! I was SHOCKED!!! If you want nice people that give good care, go there!!!!"
