"This pharmacy has been slowly but surely revealing that they do not take customer service seriously. Every single thing has changed since I transferred my prescriptions here. The telephone rep is rude and appears to have a lack of understanding for customer service. They magnify the services they offer to get you in once you are on board they change how they talk and interact as well. My medications are never in stock and has to be ordered. Most often what is ordered is incorrect but I accept it to prevent further complications. Overall I rate the staff and pharmacist as rude and provide just enough to get paid. There is no compassion especially when they are wrong. They are too prideful and refuse to admit their mistakes. I don't recommend this pharmacy if you need immediate prescriptions and delivery, it's always a delay and an excuse."
