"I’m torn .. I love Walmart in general.. but the pharmacy staff are rude and at times just uniformed .. I just called to get some prescriptions refilled.. I was told I had no refills on a med .. went into my medicine cabinet the bottle said two refills.. I ordered the refill through the automated system and just received a text it was ready to pick up ..last month I received a text my meds were ready to pick up and when I got there they told me they had no meds ready for me.. This stuff happens all the time.. I love your prices .. I love that I can shop while waiting for my meds .. but seriously y’all need to give your pharmacy workers some professional training and some words about not being rude to the customers.."

"No staffing. They never come out for curbside pharmacy. It’s like the apocalypse every time I go there. Truly the end of the world and all that is good in humanity."

"A store associate in uniform cut the line of 5-8 customers to pick up a personal prescription. Where I work, I am not allowed to put myself before customers. And my co-workers know better than to wait on me before servicing customers. But that's not even the worst part. After dropping off my scripts and waiting TWO HOURS on Christmas Eve, I am not told until I return to pick up my medicine that it has to be ordered. Couldn't I have been informed of this when I dropped it off?"

"Lines is always long and very slow. 3 times I've had and reported rudeness from people who have attempted to answer your questions on the phone . They need a class in how to treat people properly ."
