Each time you get a cheerfull hello: how can I help you and you are made to repeat all the personal data and information that you took pains and time to describe earlier. Each individual pretends not to know anything about the other. It seems strange to me in a one store operation it would be that complicated? Please forgive me if I've got something wrong, but this is the second time I have been taken around the mulberry bush and left unassisted. Hope this is helpful."

"The employees at Carmichael go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I have only dealt with them for a few months, but the C-pap machine recommended is a blessing, as now I can fall asleep and stay asleep for 7-8 hours. "So disappointed that Carmichael’s will not deliver supplies for oxygen generated machines. I have a home and portable machine and need tubing, water bottles, water trap and nose cannulas for both. Don’t have a way to get there to get supplies during the week and they are closed on Saturday. I now will have to order my supplies from Amazon and pay out of pocket instead of getting my supplies from Carmichael’s and my insurance paying for what they cover. They have been helpful in the past months when I was on continuous flow oxygen, but not now. And I can’t change companies."
