"My Rx was originally sent to a different mail-order pharmacy by my provider. When I contacted them, they informed me they were not in my insurance network, but had a solution for... Professional Arts Pharmacy. The very next day, Prelofessional Arts actually reached out to ME by phone and text. I called back and they answered immediately with no automated shenanigans. Jonavae' confirmed my info and said they would reach out as soon as my Rx had been processed, likely tomorrow...BUT before.we could even finish our call, her counterpart, Yvette had already processed my Rx and had it out for delivery, eliminating the need for me to have to find time to call them back to pay...which would have caused a delay since I work night shift which makes it difficult to contact companies during the day. They also made it exceedingly simple to put me on auto refill, with no extra steps. I RARELY see a company operate with this much efficiency and good comminication. I get the feeling this is a small operation, and I'm here for it! Jonavae' and Yvette are doing a great job representing this outfit! Strong work ladies!"
