"Extremely disappointed at CVS! For 15 pills I literally had to wait eight hours. Shame on you CVS do better."

"I went to pharmacy at 8pm on 12/27/23 to check on prescriptions that were called in at 6:23pm by urgent care. Cvs said they had no record. So I had to wait till 12/28 to call urgent care. Urgent care stated that cvs accepted the transmission at 6:23pm on 12/27. So that makes no sense to me. So I tried to call cvs pharmacy. I was on hold for 30 mins so I decided to drive to the pharmacy and just stay on the phone. I arrived and did not hear the phone ringing off the hook as it usually does. I showed the clerk at the desk and all she kept saying was sorry. They evidently have the ringer turned off. At this time i was on hold for 52 mins. This is not the first time this has happened. They did have scripts ready but I had no explanation and had to make the second trip that could have been a third. I will be transfering my prescriptions. This cvs at this location never answers phone and some of the pharmacist are rude. I have even received someone else's paper work with my prescriptions before. I took back to them as a courtesy and to let them know. The said yeah. That happens frequently. Not good. Wesley and Nicki"

"This company epitomizes why people hate self check out (and I usually like self checkout). Two self check outs, bad software, bad process, cvs brand products don't even have barcodes to scan, one full time employee to walk people through the process, and walk around scanning shelf labels, and I saw a 3 foot receipt print for the lady who bought one Christmas card. The employee was very nice, and none of this was her fault. Cvs self check out is just bad."

"CVS River Ranch Pharmacy always shows great care & concern over my entire family's prescriptions; they resolve any issues we might have, they immediately contact our doctors, & they make sure we always have our prescriptions (whether refills or new prescriptions) at least 2 days prior. They go way beyond the duties of a normal pharmacy!!! We love them forever! ❤️ ❤❤"

"The best pharmacy in Lafayette! Learn when not to go on a regular basis and you'll have an outstanding experience. They only take a 1/2 hour lunch daily (from 130 to 2p)......a convenient time for most customers to still go on their lunch breaks. Pharmacists are extremely busy but extremely helpful, just ask."
