"This was last summer when they installed my liner and the quote on estimate stated 3 bags of quickrit whatever they use and they used 4 which was fine and dandy but if u going to use 4 then why not ask customer if they want it smooth on bottom and i was sitting inside could of asked me anytime and i would of said yes atleast the shallow in well u can see from pictures i dont have very much shallow where everybody touches and again it is NOT SMOOTH ! Well they go on to next job while mine is filling well i see what u are seeing and i call them well um we wont say a name was trying to explain why and he wasnt listening to what i was saying i finally said i live right around corner from ewing so HE comes barreling up my drive and looked at it and said some STUPID excuse well all i can say is its a good thing my mom paid to have it done ! And there is more to this story this year that turned out about the same ! So all i can say now is watch before ,during and end before paying in full!!"

"Apparently "cleaning" means coming over and dumping a few tablets in the basket and leaving the bottom of the pool untouched. I personally love the gaslighting of the customer service people trying to say the pool guy was here for 20 mins. First off, I homeschool my children and I am home 24/7. The guy wasn't even here long enough for me to have seen him in my backyard. Secondly, I can look at the pool and see it wasn't cleaned at all. The leaves at the bottom of the pool had been there since Monday after our yard was done. This weekend is my birthday and I was excited to have guests over to use the pool. Knowing that our pool service is on Wednesday I assumed it would be fine. Wednesday came and the pool had not been touched. I called and was told they were running behind due to Labor Day. Okay no big deal. Thursday around 2 still nothing so I called again. They said they were still running behind and it could be Friday. Okay no big deal. Today I call again and they say someone was there yesterday. Someone may have come and out dropped chlorine in the basket but no one cleaned it. The same leaves that were there Monday are still there now. The same leaves that were at the bottom of the pool last night when I walked our dog in the backyard are still there now. If you're running behind with your customers just say that but don't try to gaslight people and act like a service was performed when the pictures clearly show it was not."
