"They seem very judgmental on what you wear. I usually wear sweatpants and a plain shirt. Anytime I go into Dillards to look around at the purses wearing an outfit like that, an employee asks if I need help and precedes to follow me around or watches me from a distance. Acting like I’m going to steal something. I had a rude employee walk up to me today with an ugly look on her face, asking if I needed help. When I declined the help, she just stood next to me and stared while I was looking at a purse. She was also rude to my brother when he was looking at the prices of the different purses. Stating for him “not to touch them”."
"I went in today to make a payment. In & out. I was distracted and walked straight to purses. Walked out with one. Wait...then I heard my Lancolme girl Laura over the I intercom so I run over to say hi. Ok...they had their summer purchase with any purchase. Super cute macrame bag with nice products inside. Done. Wanted that bag. So now I am leaving after 2 purchases. I love Dillards."
"When my mom and I visit we are always greeted and offered help. Love the perfume section. They will gladly give out samples and help you find something that fits you. The store is always clean and the products they sell are very high quality. This is the best place in the mall to shop."
