"Why’d the changing room closed/blocked off"
"I went into the rue 21 in the Alexandria mall and I was unaware of any employees until I noticed a lady standing in the back corner of the plus section made her way toward the front but never spoke to me at all. I learned later from the employee with long black hair that came in for her shift that she was the store manager. After apologizing for the way I had been treated she was very helpful. And nice , she told me she was the assistant manager. I think she needs to be promoted and the manager needs a demotion."
"I order online! I know my sizes. I'm pleased every time and if for some reason I'm not the employees are always quick to take my item back! Last time I ordered for my teenage son bc they had a Green Day shirt he wanted and also a good selection of man's pants! Bought his normal size and they fit awesome! They are now his new favorite jeans, lol! Great sales too!!"
