"I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past year now, and I’ve been through many. James Drug is BY FAR the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. Wonderful, friendly staff. Great hours, makes getting your prescriptions easier. I love the text notifications telling me when the scripts are filled and how much they will cost! But what really put them on the above and beyond list for me? A month in advance I gave them my new insurance, and when I got my prescriptions today, the new insurance was ready to go in their system. Considering the amount of customers they have, WOW! I’m impressed. Any other pharmacy would have brushed it off, forgot, or I would’ve been under a pile of other requests, BUT NOT HERE. They value their customers, that’s the difference ❤️ not enough stars on here to cover the outstanding work!"

"Very satisfied with James Drugs. I get my meds synchronized which cuts down on trips there. They request refills for me. They notify me when meds are ready and ask if any changes have occurred since last time."

"I have used this pharmacy since moving to Denham Springs and they are excellent. They have early hours with drive through and are even open on Saturdays. The staff members are very friendly. I would highly recommend."

"I called them to refill a medication, they REFUSED to fill it because the drug store said that they took a loss in profits of 80.00 every time they filled the Rx. So we had to transfer everyone's meds to Walgreens. The medication they refused to fill is a life saving medication."

"They are very friendly but continue to fill medications on what they call a sync program even though I have written and verbally asked them to stop. Causes undue waste of money and time."
