"Workers are lazy and incompetent. I just spent nearly 30 minutes trying to check out, while the cashier and manager seemed resentful they were forced to help me. Went in to buy 3 makeup products - all with applicable clipped coupons on their app. None of them would show up. Cashier and then manager had no idea why, but even worse just looked at me helplessly without even trying to figure out why. Another customer helped me figure out why (somehow another rewards account was showing for my number, though I've used coupons in the past just fine). The cashier again couldn't get it to work so I finally had to tell her to cancel the last transaction, duh, and try again. Then a coupon wouldn't show up still, and they just looked at me, even though I was showing them my account with all the clipped coupons. No effort to help. Wow. They both need extra training in their app and most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Go somewhere else."
