"The staff is just there. Not friendly, never have medication needed, rude, unfortunately this is the closest location to me and with traffic in the area, I put this one down with my physicians. Re-evaluate your staff, get them motivated to provide a customer friendly atmosphere. Most people visiting, are not feeling well, and to deal with your staff is a bit much. I understand you guys are busy. But understand this, if your customers leave to go to the Terry Pkwy location, where does that leave your team. Coach them up or coach them out, simple rule in business."
