"Imagine going to a pharmacy to get your prescription filled for over a year: fast service, easy and conveniently close to work. Now imagine going to that same exact pharmacy and being denied service all of a sudden. I came in to get my usual refill and was told that I could no longer get my single prescription refilled without having any other medications on file. Excuse me, what?! I need to take more than one medication to be eligible for service? Since when??? Before this incident during my previous visit, my prescription was filled and the price was $6 higher than the usual (after having system issues and needing an override). Pharmacist told me that it was due to an increase in cost but I had always paid an exact price until she started working there. I understand that prices can change but it seemed fishy esp since my receipt didn’t specify my prescription’s name like it normally does. Paid it and went about my day but to be denied service, I’m quite baffled. I believe they have changed their staff because I no longer recognize anyone there. Definitely not any way to treat a loyal customer."
