I came ALL THE WAY from the Northshore!!(about 2 hours) This is absolutely ridiculous that it's advertised as a Kroger store, but when you get there, it's not a store, and that's why there are no reviews from this year! It's all from over a year or two ago! Please, someone, fix this so no one else goes there!"

"There always seems to be some kind of problem with this pharmacy. From the endless pesty calls from their phone reps, to phone systems that aren't working correctly. I called them on a Friday regarding a defective syringe and was voice prompted to a phone that was no longer in service. It was supposed to be staffed by a pharmacist. You call, you speak to supervisors, and problems go on. Nothing is rectified or improved. I have had delayed receipt of medication twice this year. One instance caused a flare in my condition, resulting in a costly doctor's visit and additional prescription meds. I am tied into this pharmacy for my specialty meds because of insurance. I dread every interaction with them."
