"When you ask if something can be engraved and they tell you yes and you agree to pay for the engraving you expect to get what you ask for. But when they change it up and do it a different way in a different location on the item you want it engraved and smaller that you can barely read it that to me is a problem. Especially when they do not notify you what you originally asked for cannot be done until you pick your item up and it's too late. Will not be going back for anything"
