"Absolutely THE WORST management of the stores in Beaumont-Port Arthur area. Don’t bother calling them about inventory either. Apparently they slept through math class in high school. This place feels like it’s front for the mafia. There is NO WAY a business could be run this poorly and still remain open unless there is some kind of side hustle going on. Their overall pool knowledge is suspect. The can sell the products- many of which you don’t need - and are quite ‘knowledgeable’ about that, but basic pool chemistry eludes them … must slept through science also. I absolutely hate going to this place. I’ve yet to have a good experience here."
