They recently called me at home to tell me they were out of a drug and I needed to contact my doctor's office to ask them to contact another pharmacy for a refill because they were out of stock and the drug was on backorder, so they didn't know when it would be in stock again. What pharmacy does this? Most would wait for you to visit and tell you then instead of calling you at home so you can make other plans immediately. I was so surprised and impressed. That's customer service that exceeds expectations."
