"They are rude AF to anyone who isn’t old! They are not kid friendly. One employee came to get mad at my 2 yr old for playing with TOY CARS while we waited for his prescription. She said they aren’t for playing unless you’re buying them (which we did buy one). The pharmacy really only cares to serve the elderly in a timely manner, but doesn’t really have any urgency in getting prescription out to anyone else who patrons there. There are a couple people in the pharmacy who are nice but everyone else is very rude and short with you. I originally switched here from CVS, but they’re proving to be just as bad. We will officially be switching our business elsewhere."
"People in the pharmacy are rude as all get out. Not helpful at all and move around like dead lice are falling off them. They definitely all seem to hate their jobs and should probably just look for something new instead of taking it out on everyone around them. Especially the white lady who works the cash drawer... absolutely miserable."
"Good store, but the " young" employee I dealt with is clearly a clock punchers. His attitude was poor, and he acted like I disturbed him for asking a question. Everybody else was great."
"This is one of my favorite places! I love it! The people are friendly. They put price tags on their mechandise! It reminds me of my childhood I guess. It just seems like you step back in time here. You can actually talk to the people that work here in the pharmacy. They are always friendly. They have really good prices on everything. They carry a variety of merchandise from food to vitamins to health aids and everything in between. It's a wonderful place. The vitamin store is superb. Someone is always there to help you if you need it. The cleaning supplies are awesome. They have an aisle with food. You can pick up some eggs and bacon and bread and not have to go to a huge supermarket. How I wish we had one in Bossier City. We are very fortunate to have this little store."
