Walmart Pharmacy 4701 Northport Boulevard, Shreveport, LA 71107

"If I could give this so called pharmacy a negative review it would be a negative 5 stars. Had a prescription called in being I'm out of town for work and walmart is the closes pharmacy to where I am working. 3 of the 5 prescriptions the total should have been just under $8 for a 90 day supply of all three medications. That's what I've been paying for nearly 3 years. Walmart tried to charge me $103. When I said something about the price. The response from the pharmacy workers was "That's the price" so I had my pharmacy transfer the medications back to my home town and I would just drive home and get them. The other two medications were called in the next day due to the price being the same at either pharmacy. Go to pick up the last two medications 3 days later and they only have one ready. So I ask where is my other medication? We only have one. Yeah you just told me that, you were sent 2 prescription for me on Friday where is the second one. Looks in the system. Oh were out of that one. Wow. Like couldn't even let me know that you don't have my meds so maybe I can have it filled somewhere else. This place is a joke and I WILL NOT EVER do business with walmart pharmacy again."

"The phramasist , Chris, denied me my panic attack medication even after my Dr. said I could have them TODAY. He is VERY RUDE. And has mistakingly put the wrong medicine on my sister's prescription and told her, after she nicely called to ask about, said if she didn't return them, she wouldn't NEVER be able to ever get her medicine there EVER again. HE SERIOUSLY NEEDS HIS LICENSE TAKEN AWAY. HE IS VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. IF ANY LAWYER SEES THIS YES. I HAVE A BIG COMPLAINT ABOUT HIM. I HAVE SERIOUS PANIC ATTACKS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE.."

"HORRIBLE Customer Service! I went to do some grocery shopping at this blanchard location. Before I began shopping I asked an employee do they do price matching buy one get one for a penny as I pointed to my Brookshires Sales paper! He assured me I could, so I proceeded to a 3 hour shopping experience picking items out that matched the sales paper I had an awful lot of things my cart was FULL to capacity!!!!! I got to the register the young man proceeded to check me out with any problems! He then needed a key turn from a CSM to finish the transaction she came over to rudely say they DONT price match AT THIS LOCATION!! She rudely cancelled my transaction and walked away with out solving the solution!!! She left the cashier and I puzzled... he then flagged a manager down to explain the policy the correct way I was misguided, treated with very poor customer service I can continue on and on but it's pointless at this point. I had to leave my groceries there after shopping for 3 hours with misguided informTion"

"We seem to have to go everyday and the cashiers are so friendly and always talk to and play with my kids. I just wish they were wic capable."

"The idiots in electronics lied to my face. Managers dont care, the gas station is a mess, they run out of stuff constantly, WOW what a disaster. Id rather drive to Bossier City than deal with the hot mess running this store."
