"This pharmacy has no clue what’s going on. I was told over the phone that my prescription was $136. When I went to pick it up it was over 500.00 and one of my meds is missing. I will be transferring my prescription’s ASAP."
"They are incompetent, negligent, indifferent and rude. My husband’s prescriptions are rarely ready on time even though he takes the written prescription 2 days before it’s to be refilled to make sure that they actually have the pills in stock. This last time they said yes they had them & the prescription would be ready for pickup in 2 days. When he went to pick it up, he was told that they were out of the pills & couldn’t fill it. He was told that they had filled other customers prescriptions & had run out. He was told that he should have called them & reminded them about his prescription. He then asked for them to give him his written prescription back & he would take it somewhere else. They said that they couldn’t give it back. So they can’t fill it & won’t give it back. He asks what is he supposed to do then. The young man replied “I have no idea.” Unbelievable. So do not go there if you expect professional courteous service."
"As my best friend and I cohabitate, I go at times to pick up her medications for her mental health. Her medication is absolutely essential for her ability to function on a day to day basis. With that being said, the absolute negligence of this pharmacy and their persistent deceit is unpardonable. The first time I personally experienced this was in the recent past when I went to pick up her medication and they said they didn't have it and it had been filled days before and they attempted to lie about this, saying that it was just too early to get it which was also a lie. Every time she gets it filled she has to wait days past when it was called in and just yesterday I went by to pick it up when it was called in over a week ago...and guess what they've not even ordered it yet. They are negligent and do not care about their most vulnerable customers. Do not go here."
"I want to say the Pharmacist named Ben is the best Krogers have had in a long time. He treats his customers like they were treated in the old days. Even when he's extremely busy, if you have a question about your medication and ask to speak to him, he greets you with a caring smile and makes sure you leave feeling comfortable by the way he explains it to you. He makes you feel like he truly cares about you personally. This kroger location has had a big turnover of staff in the past year. I pray the realize they are blessed to have a pharmacist like Ben working for them and keep him."
"Went on a Wednesday to pick up two prescriptions. They hadn’t filled one yet and I said I’d be back in an hour and they said they’d have it filled then. There were three other people waiting. Came back in an hour and half and they were still filling our orders. The other medicine they didn’t have and they said they ordered it for Thursday. Which was fine. Came Thursday. Didn’t arrive. They said it would be there Friday. Nope. Saturday. Nope. Now I have to wait till Monday. I was told if I needed it sooner to call. Called. They said I had to wait till Monday or go somewhere else. If you haven’t gotten it in for days why would I wait for two more for you to maybe get it in? Called to see if they could transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. Nope. They can’t. It’s saturday. I’m not going to be able to call my doctor till Monday anyway to get it transferred. Switching to a different pharmacy after Monday."
