CVS Pharmacy 9510 Ellerbe Road, Shreveport, LA 71106

"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! Terrible customer service. I physically went into the store 10 days ago and asked them to transfer 4 prescriptions from my old pharmacy (no longer in insure network). Called them 3 days ago because I hadn't heard from them, they don't have a record of transfer, said they would call that day and get them filled. Called again today spoke to Michael (VERY RUDE) and again, no prescription on record. He started lecturing me about my tone of voice, (I was irritated due to their poor service), I hung up and called old pharmacy and they said the 4 prescriptions were transferred 8 days ago. My husband called cvs got Michael (VERY RUDE again) Michael starts lecturing my husband about my attitude and tells my husband to not interrupt him. Michael again said he would call old pharmacy. Michael called me back transferred 1 of the 4 prescriptions I asked for and 1 I haven't taken in 2+ years. This man needs to be fired, he doesn't know what customer service is and doesn't have the personality to be in a job that deals with people. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION When I pickup my Rx I will NOT return. They need a option to give zero stars"

"Never filled my daughters prescription before I came back the next day. Then proceeded to wait 45 minutes since they now wanted to make it. Drove 30 minutes back home and realized they never mixed the antibiotic. Unbelievable!"

"Literally going on a week to get 1 hydrocodon prescription. The original prescription was placed. But when we called later to see if it was ready, we were told that they don't have anything in the system. Fast forward a day or so, and we call the ER doctor that sent the prescription. We are told that in their system. It was sent so why the c v s didn't get it they don't know. The ER doctor calls them to place it again on the spot. And is told "well we don't have the medicine in stock, we will place it though". Now fast fowerd till today(3 days later) and we get a auto call/text from them saying. The prescription is ready and after waiting in line for over an hour. I am told (when i finally get up to window) they don't have a prescription for me."

"My experience was a great one. They even offered to look for a coupon to help with the price of the prescription. Extremely helpful, great service, short wait. Pleasant and professional. Great atmosphere."
