"My fiancé and I we're originally looking to move into Parc Place Apartment's (their sister complex) but was informed that Woodcrest has a unit currently available. We did not have an appointment set with Woodcrest to view the apt but I personally feel like that doesn't matter and we should have been treated with the same amount of respect. When my fiancé arrived at the office, the door was originally locked. He knocked and shortly after a short curly haired woman (possibly Latina) opens the door and ask "what do you need". He respond "I'm looking to rent an apartment, can I come in". (Mind you someone was outside cutting grass and it was very noisy). Apparently the lady did not want him inter and not interested in helping him at all since he did not have an apt. It seemed like she was OK when I arrived and the apartment we wanted was ready and available but due the her rude behavior, we have decided to move into another one of their sister apartments."
